I was pleased to see Mrs S tucking into her lunch when I arrived as it was a sign her appetite had returned.

Another sign that Mrs S was feeling better was her level of chatter. The time flew by today as she told me all about the visit from her niece who was in the area to sort out the funeral arrangements for Mrs S's brothers funeral. She was particularly pleased at the arrangements that will enable her to attend. We were also visited by a ginger and white cat from somewhere in the neighbourhood.
