An overdressed plog
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Oxford.

Dressed in something other than running kit (I know, I’m as surprised as you), Isla and I went on our weekly plog.
She slept, I picked up loads of random car bits and some general litter around the village.
She gained 2 new books from the lovely lady by the shop who’d put out a box of books going free.
