An eggistential shopping trip

Cold, crisp, sunny - a lovely day for a run to get Ms E a bag of shopping. Despite a shopping list containing some intriguing items ('fish in a box' anyone?) I found almost everything at the nearby Tesco. But the current egg shortage required a trip along the road to Sainsburys as well.

It was Ms E first taste of Goodgym - and she was impressed that such an organisation existed and that people volunteered their help. She did offer me a chocolate bar for my trouble, but I declined, explaining that if I consumed it, I would have to run faster/longer on the way home..............
