Alex and I ventured our ways to Mrs J house where we were pleasantly greeted by her and her son!

We were instructed what needed tidying and what needed clearing. As we are not gardening connoisseurs, we had to double check some of the sections again to avoid as some pretty plants could be seen slowly blooming and others were tucked away for the winter. So off we lopped and sheared away. Mrs J ended up with tidier plants, three bags of excess rosemary and her selection of plant pots organised in a much more neater display.

In a time of crisis, I got majorly scared when I found a massive spider burrowed in a plant pot that I was holder and shrieked and Alex came to save my life from the savage beast!!!

After we finished tidying, Mrs J and her son sat us down for a nice cuppa and biscuit before we set off and she shared storied about her memories of the war.

Thanks Mrs J.
