1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Redbridge Mutual Aid FoodBank in Redbridge.

Well all by myself is not strictly true but with Friday FoodBank regulars Daddy Clare (Mike) on holiday and Baby Clare (James) unwell I was the only GoodGymmer.
I arrived to a warm welcome but it was mixed with disappointment that no one else was with me-the Frenford volunteers were also very depleted this week and there was only 3 of them.
Luckily the 4 of us are old hands at this so we just got on with the job. Fortunately a trickle of other volunteers followed later. Yes we had to work a little harder and longer than planned but as always those who were there pulled together and got the job done.
