Once I got to Ms A, she quickly told me that she is getting too much notifications on her phone and she didn't know what were they? I could feel the anxiety in her voice and we quickly work out the layout she would find easier to use. Once we got her phone back to basic and sure she could use it reasonably well that way, the next task was to remove all the notifications that was giving her the anxiety. After a bit of fiddling finally found the setting that allow me to disable all the notifications that Ms A did find confusing. While there we were also talking and Ms A told me that her TV did lost some of the channels that she really enjoyed so I've offered her to look at it while I'm there after with finish with her phone setting. I've suggested to her to do a reset of her TV to see if it help. She wasn't sure how to do it so we look at it together and manage to do said rest and Ms A was able to have her favourite channel back. She was so thankful which in return did make me realise how much what look like a simple task can make such a huge difference to someone life. We bid each other farewell and Ms A was so grateful for the help she's gotten today.

Wow - great report and excellent support work Jean-Christophe. A combination of successful small tasks clearly made a really big difference for Ms A.
