Mission

Achy Rakey Bark

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Bristol.

Roz and I got to compare our aches and pains this morning as we met up to help our Ms M in her garden.

Roz had been doing some bonkers 24 hour track race in Crawley, whereas I had been helping my son turn his nice new home into a building site and it’s fair to say that we were both moving a little gingerly!

No matter, we managed to help Ms M cover about half her garden in fresh bark, weeded the borders and cleared up the leaves, uncovering several more ornaments as we worked and leaving the garden nice and tidy to enjoy the sunshine.

Nice!
