A sunny day, and my first chance to wear my GoodGym 100 t-shirt.
The second of three missions to deliver prescriptions from the Royal Docks Pharmacy. Mr M was good enough to offer a glass of water once I'd dropped off his package - much appreciated after pedalling around the docklands on a warm day. Mission accomplished - but not far to go for the third drop of the day...
