Mission

A tidy 10k

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Greenwich.

Mrs A needed her garden tidying -a patch of vicious thorns needed to be cleared to make room for planting vegetables. We arrived fresh from Mile End parkrun, worked hard for one hour and had the patches ready for planting. We left a red current plant, a blueberry bush and some rhubarb still standing.

Then we ran 10k back to Greenwich. Some of the time we spoke French, a language developed in Northern Europe which descended from vulgar latin.
