A Saturday morning SOWcial

3 Goodgymers made their way to the Silverdale planters!

I met up with Kate & Cat this chilly morning to help with weeding and planting. Kate and Cat had already completed one mission before they even made it to me. Go team!

This was a new and exciting mission for GoodGym as we joined forces to support the maintenance of the flower beds. This task held sentimental value, as Tim, a former GoodGymer, used to single-handedly care for these planters as an act of community service.

We joined a dedicated team of local volunteers, including Viv and enthusiastic local gardeners. The session brought together individuals with various levels of gardening expertise, so we learnt a lot and the overgrown planters received the care they needed.

A great way to start a Saturday!
