A royal connection.

Ms L and I enjoyed another sunny Friday afternoon visit. We talked about naturopathy and acupuncture, the benefits of a wholesome diet and a bit of quiet time in the countryside.

I had brought my watercolours along to do some painting which sparked a fascinating chat about a beautiful painting on Ms L's wall that had been painted by one of her late family members. His work had been exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery and even honoured by Prince Charles, now the king!

Looking forward to channeling some more of Ms L's inspiring creativity and wisdom on future visits.
