A great morning by Goodgymers from all over London.

The task was to help out at the 18th Running of Bethlem Royal Hospital Parkrun.

Goodgymers from near and far kicked of their duvets and gave up their Saturday morning lie ins!

We provided Marshals, Timekeepers, Barcode Scanners, Finish Tokens, Tailwalkers. For the first time at this relatively new Parkrun they had pacers - We had 7 pacers: 21, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30 & 32 minutes.

After parkrun we had a well earned coffee in the hospital cafe on some very comfy sofas & chairs

We went out separate ways to enjoy our Saturdays which included Goodgym Missions, and Running
