A Milestone of a Day!
5 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Crewe.

Wow! Where do I begin?
Firstly, the day began with heavy rain, which we thought was in for the duration. Karen, Nigel & I were setting up this week's course and were pretty soggy by the time we'd finished!!
It was lovely to once again be with lovely friends, combining two of our all time favourite things... Goodgym and Parkrun. Today was particularly special as Karen & Nigel were celebrating some pretty gigantic milestones....
Both were celebrating 100 parkruns and Karen 250 Volunteers and Nigel 200 volunteers!!! What an incredible achievement (not to mention the achievement of engineering it so that they all fell on the same day! Lol!). These two are literally parkrun die hards!!
Today Maurice was timekeeping and Emily was on token sorting (rather her than me!).
We celebrated these amazing milestones with coffee and cake (obviously!).
It was a lovely morning spent with the loveliest of people.
