A-Maze-ing race!
3 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Southwark.
- Sunday, 28th of March 2021
- Led by Ian Gostling
3 runners took part in this week's challenge Snakes & Ladders!
The task, was to find a series of parallel streets. Walk, run or ride up and down them, and record on Strava to show your Zig-Zag route.
It is also great way to add in some additional intervals to your training - running fast along one street, then use the next street to recover with a slow jog.
Paulin described her effort as the 'wriggliest' run she could do, and looking at the route it was no wonder she felt slightly lost/dizzy! Emily wormed her way along a circular route completing 10k with many changes of direction. And Ian took advantage of the many parallel terraced streets in Norwich to going up and 30 streets along the way!
Well done team! Tune in for the next training session Rhythm of Life
