A little bit of... Everything

Corporate volunteers were in today so there was a bit of a change around. Starting with making teas and coffees, followed by washing up.

Mid-way through the lunch service there was an unexpected shortage of chips so a quick run to Iceland was necessary. Then back on the front desk to free up an extra server, as the queue was getting long. A very busy lunch service all in all.

Ace of Clubs provides support for homeless and vulnerable people in the Clapham area. Volunteers are allocated a range of tasks, from making tea/coffee and handing out groceries to manning the desk and filing the post.
