it was a hot day and harder work than usual to get people out of the 10 acre park. It took three of us shutting four gates. picnickers and people climbing trees ( the mulberry tree) just delayed things but it was all very good-natured. it’s a shame the park can’t afford to keep open longer. they are currently looking to raise money for the playground which may struggle to pass its inspection. That would be a great loss to the local community.
