A trip to Ms L's on a very sunny Saturday afternoon for once instead of the regular midweek fixture - but usual service was otherwise in place. Her neatly written list was on a piece of notepaper entitled "Daily Goals", which felt suitably appropriate amongst all the World Cup promotions fighting for shelf space with the (surely still far too early) festive products.
