Liverpool

Mission

A couple of bright sparks!💡

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Liverpool.

Sunday, 20th of October 2019

Having already completed the Speke Hall National Trust 10k, followed by a hearty brunch with our Goodgym crew this morning, Emma and Yan were well fuelled for their second fitness adventure of the day; Cycling 7km together out to the home of Mrs T to bring some light into her life... well, her front room at least.

This was a straight forward task of changing a lightbulb which Mrs T is unable to do herself. The task was complete in no time, so we also emptied a plant pot that had filled with water in Mrs T's front garden that she was unable to manage herself. Hopefully, Goodgym can help her out again with some more tasks in her garden another time.

We then jumped back on our bikes to head home, taking in the amazing views on our way at one of Goodgym Liverpool's favourite haunts, Everton Park.
