Today 3 Goodgymers Volunteered at Junior Parkrun along with Isla and Jack on their first ever Volunteering gig. Well done for getting up early on a cold Sunday to help others enjoy their Parkrun. Without the help of volunteers it couldn’t take place. Necks set off to her marshalling post taking Isla & Jack with her, Stephen and Ralph (his beautiful dog) marshalled near the start/finish area and I will as Timekeeper. 11 juniors ran/walked their way round the 2K course with some wonderful sprint finishes. After we’d finish we were lucky enough to be given cake (a Goodgymers fav thing) by the Run Director who was celebrating her first time in charge.
