Who this task will support
Trinity Methodist Church

Trinity Methodist Church has asked us to weed their front paved area and car park, as their members are mostly older people and they find this difficult. There is street lighting on Rainsford Road, but please bring a head torch if you have one, as it may not be fully lit in the car park. If you have your own gardening gloves, please bring those too.

If you've not been to GoodGym before, or you've not been in a while, you'd be very welcome to join us. Just wear clothes you can run and work in, all equipment will be provided.

We run at chatty pace and we have a back marker, so no-one gets left behind.

There is parking, toilets and lockers available at The Old Factory Gym - please bring your own padlock if you want to use a locker.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Options are available to run between 2km and 4km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
