🌿*** WEDNESDAY SESSION 6.15-7.30PM*** - Group Walk in Parsloes area

Kingsley Hall began it's work nearly 100 years ago in 1929. This vibrant community hub, with café, preschool, social supermarket, street kitchen welcomes hundreds of people every week.

The Social Supermarket opened in 2020 and every Autumn they aim to give their promotion a boost as living costs increase over the winter period (heat!). GoodGym B&D have been asked to deliver leaflets directly to residents' letter boxes to let them know about the discounted and free food and non-food items available at the Social Supermarket (open Mon - Fri 9am - 3pm)

Come and help spread the word on this group walk starting from Kingsley Hall. Meet like-minded people, get some exercise and give back to your local community.

🌞 Why It Matters

The "cost of living crisis" tends to peak in the Winter with the cost of central heating. The Social Supermarket can help by providing residents with discounted and free food & non-food items - but not many people know it exists! By helping raise awareness of the service, more people will be aware they can save money.

👋 Who You’ll Meet

• Nathan - Community Engagement Coordinator at Kingsley Hall - an experienced door-to-door leaflet-droppper, Nathan will provide our leaflets and give us the addresses we need to deliver to. They'll also provide a tour and overview of Kingsley Hall and all the different activities they provide in the community.

Come along for a relaxed and friendly evening of volunteering – no experience needed, just bring your energy and community spirit!

We hope to see you there!!
