08:30 - 09:30Love parkrun, come volunteer this Saturday at Prospect park. You will need to email prospect@parkrun.com with your parkrun ID to let them know you are able to volunteer.
If you don't have a parkrun ID number please register here, its free simple and quick to do. https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/ There are still plenty of roles from Marshal to timekeeper etc so come along and lets give back.
We will meet at 8.45 for a briefing with the run director at the start of the run - 200m south of the pavilion car park. If you are driving there is plenty of free parking nearby, within a short walk to the start.
