GoodGymers plus 1 dog gathered bright and early in Beckenham Place Park for Parkrun volunteering. We were covering a range of roles from marshalling, barcode scanning, handing out tokens and cheering.

I headed off early to put my signs up and head to the first marshalling point, after getting slightly lost and with a moment to spare, me and Molly were in position to cheer everyone on and make sure they were going in the right direction.

The rest of the team headed to the finish area to get in position for barcode scanning and handing out tokens. Jobs well done everyone!

Once we cheered the tailwalker in, we gathered for a group photo (Molly keeping an eye on the finish funnel for us) and then headed for a well deserved tea, coffees and beetroot latte!

Katy was heading off to another GoodGym community mission this afternoon - hope you got there ok and didn’t get lost!
