Marshal Matters
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Caledonian Junior Parkrun and Caledonian Junior Parkrun in Islington.

Harvey and Simon made their way to Caledonian Park this morning to help with the hosting of Cally Clocktower Junior parkrun! This is a free weekly timed running event for youngsters aged 4-14 years old, on a 2km marked and marshalled course.
Harvey was set to "marshal position 4", just by the woodland forest area west of the park. Simon lead the warm-up exercise routine before the run itself, and dashed over to "marshal position 3", blocking the exit to Market Road before our speedy young runners came by!
Followed by coffee at the Tolpuddle Café, a catch up with the parkrun regulars, and a run/cycle to Victoria Park!
