URGENT - Medication Collection from Pharmacy for Ms O

Community Connections Lewisham has asked if we can help Ms O who needs her medication to be collected from New Cross Pharmacy, Waldron Health Centre, Amersham Vale, London SE14 6LD and delivered to her at home please. The pharmacy is approx 1.2 miles from her home.

The pharmacy usually deliver but they have told her the delivery person is off for 2 weeks so she will have to arrange a collection. Prescription should be ready after 3pm Thursday or can be collected on Friday up to 7pm, or before 3pm close on Saturday. She only has enough for the next few days and the pharmacy closes over the weekend. She qualifies for free prescriptions, so no payment is required but will need her name, date of birth and address.

Ms O has asked us to note that she has Autism and some learning difficulties so to please bare with her if she is reacting slowly or differently when you call.

GoodGym has listed this mission for one or two GoodGymers. Two GoodGymers can attend together, but the mission will still go ahead with just one if only one person signs up by the deadline.
