Tree Planting in Dunstable

Join other volunteers in Dunstable to plant some trees!

There are a total of thirty trees to plant. We will be planting half of the trees during the morning session with invited volunteers, and the remaining trees will be planted in the afternoon by DTC Councillors, DTC staff, and the CBC sustainability team.

The trees will extend two existing ‘copse’ areas at Mentmore, and it is hoped the trees will increase biodiversity and climate resilience at the park.

The holes for the trees will have already been dug, so there will be no heavy digging to do, just planting and filling. Gloves and tools will be provided.
