TRACK! The age old bastion of running gurus everywhere, now coming to Goodgym. Well, actually we did some last year, but people liked it so now it's re-coming to Goodgym.

Run leader George will be leading a session based on improving your running fitness & technique; consisting of a warmup, some technique drills, some intervals, and a cooldown. This shouldn't take more than an hour. Then George may or may not lose his phone and we may or may not go to the pub (both optional).

Session aims to start at 3pm so arrive from 2:50pm to be ready on time. Entry to the track costs £5; it's never very busy and quite often we're the only ones using it. Do bring water as the intervals can be quite high intensity! Don't worry though, the session is aimed at all abilities; you're never far away from the group at track regardless of your pace, and the distances involved are not long (total including warmup & warmdown won't be over 8k, with this split up into intervals with rest periods).
