Community Mission Join us to help support an organisation in Cambridge. More details of the task to follow.

📌Meet at Parkside Pools Cafe We will meet inside Parkside Pools where there are toilets and a bag drop. You can't miss our red t-shirts! We'll warm up with a mini fitness session and then head out for a 3-5km jog/run, staying together as a group.

🔦 We will stick to lit areas, but please remember lights and / or reflective gear.

🗣️ Ask our friendly taskforce volunteers about GoodGym, and get stuck in with helping your community and improving your fitness!

About GoodGym

We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every week to get active and do a physical task to help the charities and community organisations and projects across the Manchester region.

The Run/Walk/Cycle

GoodGym is for everyone. We welcome runners of all abilities. We always have a back-marker so no-one is left behind - we're about achieving something together so you'll always be welcome no matter what your pace is.

How are you getting there?
