Let's get some virtual GoodGym action going this weekend with a three tier workout because, well you know.

You can choose to do one, two or all levels. Just submit your photos and workout details however you wish to the Facebook page or let me know on message or whatsapp if you got any of them done.

Enjoy!

MEDIUM: Take a steady 5k walk, jog or walk/run. Take photos of three things that made you smile and wear your GG tee or something red.

HIGH: There's nothing steady about this! Go higher impact with either a 10k run where you aim to finish faster than you started, an 8k walk, or 15k bike ride. Take photos of three things that you see on the way, wear your GG tee or something red.

VERY HIGH: You know the drill! It's a circuit (breaker). Start with a fast 8k run or cycle, followed by 2 rounds of 10 burpees, 8 tricep dips and 15 sit ups. Take photos that show you are on high level alert after this one.
