Vine knot?!

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Haringey.

This evening Dave and Emily popped round to Mrs J's house, though not before Dave had said hello to the GoodGym Haringey runners as they assembled for their group task.

Some ivy had grown across the corner of Mrs J's garden, and she was keen to get it cleared so she could enjoy being outside.

It was satisfying tearing huge tangles of ivy off the wall. Dave identified the source: a huge root which we were unfortunately not able to remove. However, we did clear the corner of ivy and rake up a lot of fallen leaves too, filling three bags and a box.

That done, we waved goodbye to Mrs J, hoping for the nice weather to continue so she can enjoy her garden ivy-free (for now). Dave legged it back to Tottenham to rejoin the group for their stretches, whilst Emily did a few hill reps in the park before heading home.
