We visit the brilliant Recyke Y Bike regularly but there were a few twists last night: it was Liz (who's done over 200 good deeds!) first visit there, and Charlotte's first task on her bike- incidentally she got the bike from Recyke Y Bike earlier this year!

We had a quick catch up before splitting off: Paul and Max running the longer (hilly) route, with Liz and I walking while Charlotte cycled alongside.

Task owner Sara met us and had just one job for us tonight: to wallpaper a section of the workshop. We have done several areas of the massive workshop before and it's always a popular one so we got to work as soon as Paul had mixed the wallpaper paste! There was a lot of bending, squatting, sticking, cutting, sticking and singing along to the radio- all top notch activities.

I am really impressed with our before and after photos this week. Absolutely winning.

Don't forget there are two more chances to do good things with us this week on Thursday at our Quayside litter pick, and at volunteer day with Nunsmoor Park on Saturday.
