Gardening at Brook Green🌼

Join us for a summer evening of community gardening as we help spruce up a much-loved local green space in Brook Green! 🌱🌼

This community garden provides a welcoming outdoor space for local residents to enjoy, relax, and connect with their neighbours. By giving it a little TLC, we'll help keep it looking its best for everyone who uses it. 💚

We're looking for a team of GoodGymers to help with a variety of light outdoor maintenance tasks, including:

🌿 Weeding garden beds and pathways

✂️ Clearing overgrown areas

🍃 General tidying and upkeep

🌻 Helping make the garden a welcoming space for local residents

No gardening expertise is needed — just enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in! We'll be shown what needs doing when we arrive.

What to expect

😊 A visible transformation by the end of the session

Location

📍Meet at Shepherd's Bush Main Train Station and we will travel to Community Garden, Back of Thackeray Court, Blythe Road, London, W14 0PW together

🗓️ Date: Wednesday 29th July

⏰ 6pm - 7:30pm

Runners needed: 👟 1–15 runners welcome

The more helping hands we have, the more we can achieve!

Important Notes

🧤 Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for outdoor tasks

👟 Sturdy footwear is recommended

🌦️ Check the weather forecast and dress appropriately

🛠️ Please use any gardening tools safely and follow instructions provided on arrival
