We run to tasks together and then run back, we always have a back marker so that nobody is left behind.
We welcome all abilities whether you’re just getting into fitness or a regular runner, everyone is welcome and encouraged as we complete tasks together.
About the task
Help the Rotary Club of the Wreake Valley on their Santa sleigh collection around Rushey Mead raising money for local good causes. Goodgymmer's will lead Santas sleigh carrying Rotary Club donation buckets for the local community to put any change in.
What you need to bring Please make yourself visible with hi-viz clothing and/or lights. Feel free to wear anything festive, dress up as an Elf or just wear your GoodGym T-shirt whatever you feel like, but do wear layers, gloves, hats.

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.
Options are available to run between 2km and 5km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

Please make yourselves visible, florescent, head lights, chest strap lights I have a few spare if anyone needs. I'll be coming on my bike from Thorpe Astley is anyone is on route and would like to join me.
On street parking on Nicklaus rd, or Sainsbury Melton road if you have any christmas shopping to do then just a short run up Troon Way.
