Supporting Sunday 6th September Community mission at Knaphill Lower School. WE WILL BEGIN THE RUN AT ST.JOHNS LYE CAR PARK AT 9AM. We will run at a slow steady pace, accommodating for all abilities, and take walking breaks if required. We will arrive at Knaphill Lower School to help paint the mural joining other volunteers.
After helping for approximately 1 hour, we will then run back to St John’s Lye car park. The distance is 2.7km each way.

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Options are available to run between 3km and 6km in total

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
