18:45 - 20:30We don't have a task this Wednesday evening, but that doesn't mean we can't still get out, get fit and see our GoodGym friends. We will meet at the Maidenhead Community Centre for a warm up before heading out on our 5km route. This is a great, sociable way to get your distance in if you're doing the December Daily Dash. Amy will be leading a group of runners. It would be great to welcome walkers too, so please comment below if you're up for walk leading.
