Ms J will be able to facetime her daughter who is very poorly and in London, and she will gain some independence being able to use the internet to do her shopping.

18:00 - 19:30Maidenhead PCH has asked us to help Ms J set up her new phone. Her daughter has purchased a phone for her that can access the internet. While Ms J has Wi-Fi, she needs help connecting the phone to the Wi-Fi so that she can FaceTime her daughter and shop for items she needs online.
This task requires two Goodgymers, as it may have to do with handling sensitive information.
