Season finale: The mixed bag

The last lockdown virtual training week


As we -kind of- return to normal after all this time, this is the final virtual fitness challenge.

Get stuck in, following the latest guidelines on social distancing!

You have two things to do this week:

  1. A 2K time trial: take 10 mins to jog and warm up, then blast out 2k as fast as you can. Cool down with a short jog and some stretches.

  2. 3 daily core exercises to do as many days as you like!

Get your screenshots and photos in by Sunday night.

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety when running and at a task.
