This egg-cellent Good Friday 10-miler is a cracking way to kick off your Easter weekend!
This is Maidenhead's local race: organised by our local Maidenhead Athletics Club (MAC), marshalled by our local MP, and really well supported by the local community.
The relatively flat course covers 10 miles on rural roads and paths around Maidenhead. A few laps of the Maidenhead Office Park at the start give plenty of space for the pack to spread out and for last minute trips to the portaloos! The race then breaks out onto scenic bridleways West of Maidenhead, and past one of the country's oldest and best known airfields at White Waltham.

As per the below message from David Waugh:
As you will have seen on the news, the latest situation and advice from the UK government on the Covid 19 pandemic is being updated and revised on a daily basis and is very fastpaced.
We have been following all of the advice and been in regular contact with the authorities and as a club we will always put the health and safety of our runners, helpers, marshals and local residents first.
To this end regrettably we have now decided to postpone this year’s Maidenhead Easter 10 Event to minimise the risk that may be caused from large gatherings of people which at this event will be from both within and outside the Maidenhead area.
This is not an easy decision to make, but one that aims to ensure the wellbeing of the runners and the community. We now need some time to look at the options for postponement to later in 2020 or simply deferring to 2021.
Please bear with us whilst we work things out and we will get back to everyone as soon as we can.
