Smiles along the river
3 GoodGymers made their way 3.7km to help the Derbyshire Refugee Solidarity in Derby.

Ashley, Tracey and I met at the hotel for a heartwarming group run. We met two willing runners and set off for the riverside path. We were slow, so Ash and the two of them raced off along the path then waited for us. We had a bit of a relay race around a triangle, then two friends from the hotel joined us and we had a lovely chat on the way back. Thank you, everyone, for a most enjoyable run.
