That's the number of good deeds that Adam completed today (not the average age of the volunteers!). Many congratulations Adam, and what better way to hit 50 than by volunteering at Pitshanger Junior Parkrun! With Adam on timer, Madiha marshaling, Alan backmarking and yours truly leading the warm-up and managing the finishing funnel, we were right at the centre of the action - great work team! I particularly liked the young man who turned up late, caught up with the others and even ran past a few!
