Pre-task parkrun - location TBC
Do parkrun with us, eat something yummy (if timings allow!) then join us for a task

We were planning to do New Earswick parkrun and breakfast before our task at New Earswick School at 11am. Unfortunately, New Earswick parkrun has been cancelled due to the poor conditions after the recent weather.
If York parkrun is on at the Knavesmire, we'll head there instead. This is apparently 50:50 due to conditions there so if not, we'll head to Heslington to run and/or volunteer there (it's likely to be very busy if the other parkruns are both cancelled so they might appreciate a few more pairs of hands).
From either of those parkruns, it's about 4 miles to the task at the school. I'll be running if anyone wants to join me, or you're welcome to cycle (or walk!) if you prefer. If we've got time, we'll grab breakfast en route!
Sorry for the uncertainty, I'll send an email on Friday to everyone who's signed up so look out for that!
Whatever happens with parkrun, we'll be heading to New Earswick Primary School afterwards, to help them clear an outside space for the children.

I'm really sorry that this social parkrun isn't happening tomorrow, due to both New Earswick and York parkruns being cancelled due to the recent rubbish weather.

Afterwards, we're heading to West Bank Park (feel free to run or cycle from Heslington, or just meet us there!) to do a litter pick at 10:30 before coffee/a late breakfast at the Bluebird Bakery afterwards, for anyone who fancies it.
