13:00 - 14:30Hospital Discharge Team have asked us to help Mr M moving some furniture. A single bed needs to be brought downstairs and a storage unit (possibly 2) needs to be moved upstairs. The referrer has advised that tools will be provided in case any of the furniture needs to be disassembled. The referrer will be present to provide access.
