Move a mattress, some boxes and other items for Miss L

The Adult Social Care Team at Barnet Council has asked if we can help Miss L who needs a double mattress moved to the pavement outside her building (for waste collection). The mattress has some old stains on one side of it and so we would recommend wearing gloves for this task. She lives on first floor and so there will be some stairs to negotiate. There are also some boxes and other items that need to be moved to the other side of the room and a few boxes have books in so are heavy and the rest of items are light.
Miss L needs the boxes and items moved away from the wall to be out of the way so there is space for a radiator to be installed by the wall.
