Put a sock in it

It was great to see you all at our starter run session today, especially Eren on his first Solihull GoodGym run.

Myself, Liam, Rachel and Fiona all met at 9am for Babbs Mills park run before heading off to Kingshurst library to help the local residents do their monthly litter pick, There we were met by Andy and Eren ready for todays task.

Once all the introductions were done we split off into two groups and headed on our way. We were paired with Mark from Kingshurst residents group who took us along the roads and onto the local allotment and residents garden. Once we had filled our sixs bags with litter we headed on our way back to the library through Babbs mill park and dropped all the bags of rubbish off ready to head on our way home.
