The Focal Centre have asked GoodGym to help promote their forthcoming fundraiser, a dog show held in partnership with the RSPCA. We’ll be running around the Oakes area delivering flyers to let local people know about the event. It’s hard to say exactly how far we’ll be running/walking, but somewhere between 3K and 5K would be a good estimate. However this will not be all in one go and there is opportunity for a rest during the deliveries.
Please note we will be meeting and starting from the Focal Centre for this session and not the Stadium
