Kick Off 2026 with GoodGym: Sutcliffe Park Parkrun Volunteering – New Year’s Day!

This is a brilliant weekly 5k event run entirely by volunteers. Parkrun only happens when enough people step forward to help, so let’s show them the GoodGym spirit!

Location
Eltham Road, Corner of Kidbrooke Park Road
Eltham
SE9 5LW
London
Date and time
08:25 - 10:15
Thursday, 1st of January 2026

Start the New Year with energy, motivation, and a meaningful good deed for your local community!

Simply email sutcliffe@parkrun.com to say you’d like to volunteer ! The meeting point is near the entrance to the Sutcliffe Park Sports Centre.

There are loads of roles to choose from: marshalling, barcode scanning, handing out finish tokens, tail walking, and more. If you already have a role in mind, just mention it when you get in touch via the email above.

Check their volunteer page and roster for details/FAQs and to see which roles are currently available.

Your time and energy help keep this fantastic community event running! Without volunteers, Parkrun can’t go ahead!

Please arrive around 8:40 ahead of the event’s 9am start.

Afterwards come and enjoy a nice post-Parkrun coffee at Better Coffee Corner inside Sutcliffe Park Sports Centre! A lovely way to catch up and celebrate our first good deed of 2026!
