5 GoodGymers made their way in a race in Islington.

5 Goodgymmers speedsters got up bright and early on a sunny Sunday morning to enjoy the wonderful Thames Hare and Hounds Second Sunday 5 trail race through Wimbledon Common. 2 laps of the forest paths around the brook, with some lumps and bumps (including the notorious "toast rack" steady climb, and some whippy descents on the return leg). The running club do a smashing job of keeping the run accessible and affordable for all- best bargain race in London- just £5 for a great event with tea and cake afterwards!
