Motivation to get up and out
This is a bespoke challenge that you will set for yourself. Can you achieve something specific with your running by 31st July? Or just improve on June.
5km in a specific time? Run a certain distance? Run every day? Rack up a certain number of miles? Sit up challenge?
Pick your target and post on the Facebook group or WhatsApp group and I'll add it to a list below here and let's see if we can hit our targets!

What to look out for
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety when running and at a task.
