The Hanwell Hootie needs our help!

Come along and help this amazing local music festival happen!

The Hanwell Hootie happens every year but this year is a little bit different because of Covid. It's usually spread out at lots of venues around Hanwell but this year will be entirely in the meadow and they need out help to make it happen!

Run by volunteers. the Hootie is a not-for-profit event put on by the community for the community.

What to expect:

  • Helping hand out t-shirts / wrist bands
  • Marshaling around the meadow
  • You'll also get a chance to enjoy the festival and hear lots of amazing local music
  • Work with lots of amazing other volunteers
  • And generally have a great time!

Where to go on the day:

Hootie in the Meadow, is located at the Viaduct Meadow, Hanwell, UB1 3ET, a short walk from Hanwell Broadway. When you arrive please head to the volunteers tent where you will get a volunteers t-shirt/high vis and advised where you'll be helping.

The volunteers area has refreshments and if you volunteer for 4 hours you'll also get a food voucher too!

Once you've finished your shift you are welcome to stay and enjoy the festival until 5pm when it switches to the evening event.
