Helping at Harbottle Park
Making a community space safer and more welcoming
We are back in Harbottle park, our monthly mission helping with general gardening tasks in the park. Tasks are usually subject to what needs doing, the weather and amount of goodgymers, but usually comprise of digging, planting, litter picking, chopping trees, shoveling, hedge trimming, edge clearing, wedding etc.
This session we might be cutting hedges and trees to make the park more open.
There is usually a tea break half way through with biscuits too!
You don't have to arrive at 10 and if you arrive later just look out for the red t-shirts and the white truck.

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New runners are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
There's a place to leave bags and a toilet at the start point, all you need to do is bring your trainers. It's free to try - get involved!
